The Dictator is the 45th episode of Season 1, and was remade as the sixty-ninth episode for Season 7 under the title General Jack. While helping to catch the cockroaches, Jack starts acting like a ruthless, superior-minded dictator to Oggy, reducing him to a downtrodden proletariat - an action he will live and come to regret, as this will evolve into a struggle between control and freedom, which also results in the cockroaches helping Oggy.
Plot
Oggy is watching TV and then the cockroaches steal the TV so a chase begins.Then he sees that the TV is falling town the stairs and then Oggy screams like a baby. He tries to get it and the cockroaches appear out of nowhere. Oggy catches the TV but then a piano is falling towards him. Oggy just looks and doesnt say a word or move. After the piano crushes Oggy the cockroaches pull up their hats. The TV is in the house but the piano crushed Oggy through the door. Now an injured Oggy is in front of Jack who was waiting outside. Now Jack gives Oggy 👎right at him. The cockroaches have some food (I dont know what it is really), until they laugh after seeing a fake pizza shop. They rush to get pizza until they get trapped by a mouse trapand they scream.They were trying to get the pizza until they realized it was a trap made by Jack.Jack laughs and smiles while Oggy sees it.Then Oggy gives a 👍to Jack after Jack looks at him angry.Then Oggy whistles.The roaches are put in a cage and Jack smiles and Oggy too. Then Jack shows Oggy all his muscles.Then Jack does a finger movement on Oggy and then Oggy makes it bigger and laughs.Jack does it again and again and again.He does it even through the doorhole! The roaches and Oggy look at each other and then they look back at the door. Now Oggy is listening to music and singing.then jack stops it and tries to put another one.But he looks and looks and looks but cannot find one. Now a mad oggy approaches him but then Jack does the finger movement again but this time Oggy slaps his hand.Now Jack is angry right at him.So Oggy has to clean the floors for his punishment and during that time,Jack does the finger movement again and then walks away.Now after he is finished with cleaning,Oggy looks outside and sees his mailbox sculptures in the trash and sees Jack's mailbox sculptures.Oggy is mad at that and spits his tongue out until Jack comes.Now on a blackboard,Oggy writes Oggy loves Jack.He writes that again and again and again until it is written in the whole room.Jack looks at his muscles in his mirror and then the cockroaches laugh and Dee acts like Jack until he comes to the cage.Oggy opens a door and sees the Jack sculptures and then he sees the cockroaches. Her was the cockroaches punishment:Cleaning the floors too but with balls like they have in the prison.The cockroaches look at Oggy but then Joey waves at Oggy.Oggy is not interested but when he left Joey used the brooms (which were really forks),to free his brothers and him,too.Oggy opens another door and sees Jack laughing at his huge Jack city.Jack explodes a small house and makes it a big buildingand then he laughs.Jack goes on top of the building and then he acts like a monster. Oggy closes the door not feeling interested.Jack rips up a model of the Earth with his mouth.Jack laughs after he sits on his throne.He presses a button to check it out.Joey combines two plugs to mess it up.Then it explodes.Everything went crazy until the city got smashed.The cockroaches run away to a room with Oggy.Jack tries to run away but gets crushed.Meanwhile the roaches are with Oggy and then Oggy smiles at them for doing that.The cockroaches shake one of Oggy's finger.Jack comes to the room mad at all four of them.Then he sees that Oggy wrote Oggy love Jack on the statues.Oggy wrote a heart symbol on his hand.Then Oggy kosses Jack on the nose.Jack walks backwards and Oggy walks towards him until he was in a jail cell. Oggy locks him up.Oggy tells Jack to see his machine that locked him up.For him being so ruthless,Oggy and the three cockroaches ask Jack to get out of their sight.Oggy and the cockroaches go relax and watch some TV together. Jack breaks his statue until he sees a lot of them.Episode ends.
