Oggy and the Cockroaches is a video game developed and published by Telegames and co-developed by Xilam, based on the Oggy and the Cockroaches series.
It was originally planned to be released for the Game Boy Advance in Summer 2004, with previews receiving mild positive reception from critics, but was canceled when the Nintendo DS hardware was released. They also canceled any other GBA projects they were working on at the time, in favor of making new games for the Nintendo DS instead.
Gameplay[]
The player controls Oggy, whose mission is to catch the cockroaches at the end of the 14 levels that the game was planning to offer.
There was also various bonus games, as well as some boss battles.
The gameplay was a simple hop-and-bop platforming game with various obstacles and enemies with different types of behaviour.

- The game's was composed by composer Frédéric Motte, also known as Elmobo.
- This is also the only handheld console video game based on the series, as the majority of the other games made afterwards were released in either online web browsers or in smartphones.
