Mouse (The Outsider)

Mouse who occasionally appears. Oggy appeared to be afraid of him and had to get away from him.

Personality

Nothing is unusual about him except that he can be rude to someone (e.g: When Oggy was trying to hit Mouse with a hammer, Mouse made a face.). He also appears to be a neat freak, because he doesn't really like dirty smells and has to use perfume.
