He is a huge spoiled brat who thinks that he should get anything that he wants and cries whenever he doesn’t get his way. He is rude to both Oggy and Piya and likes to make them get into trouble with his uncle. He is also rude to his uncle Bob as well, like in Mischief Mishaps when he gets tired of playing with him that Bob gets emotionally hurt, ouch. He also steals stuff from Piya such as a scooter from her on Little Spoiled Neighbor and even has Bob destroy it. He steals first Joey, and second Dee Dee, last Marky away from Piya on The Friend Thief just so he can have the cockroaches play with him instead of Piya. His crying and laughing is extremely annoying and grating to listen to. He is also a huge cheater as he has his uncle Bob help him win stuff like basketball on Little Spoiled Neighbor and winning badges on Scout's Honor He has his drone destroy Piya's room on Little Spoiled Neighbor. He is also a huge hypocrite as well like when he gets mad at Bob for chasing Oggy and has him get forced to clean Piya's room on Little Spoiled Neighbor when it was his fault in the first place for destroying Piya's room.

He's a small, orange puppy with his light orange tummy and hands and feet and he has a blue nose with nostrils.
