By chance one day, the cockroaches find themselves scrambling through the labyrinth of Jack's (minuscule) brain. They very quickly realize how profitable it can be for them if they take over the controls of his brain...
Official synopsis, [1]
It's All Under Control is the 4th episode of Season 1, and was remade as the seventieth episode for Season 6 under the title Brain Control.
Plot[]
One sunny day, Jack is napping peacefully in a hammock while Oggy goes into the backyard with a jug of orange juice on a tray. The cockroaches are also sleeping on the branches of one of the trees, but Joey is woken up by Jack's loud snoring. Perturbed, he tries to get Jack's attention by whistling down to him, but to no avail, so he jumps down onto his face and attempts to silence him by pulling his jaw up. However, it just bursts back into shape, propelling Joey backwards into the hammock as he slides down and crashes near Jack's ear.
Getting back up, Joey notices Jack's ear, gets an idea and calls out to Dee Dee and Marky. The three cockroaches then make their way into Jack's brain as Dee Dee and Joey duck to avoid hitting Jack's earlobe, but Marky collides with it, briefly waking Jack up before he goes back to sleep. Once they're finally inside, Joey walks over to the control panel and presses a button with an eye on it, opening Jack's right eye. Chuckling, Joey then presses the mouth button in the middle, causing Jack to make funny faces and then his tongue to slap him. He laughs about what he is doing as he pushes yet another button, which causes Jack's stomach to rumble and let out a fart just as Oggy walks by. Disgusted by this, Oggy admonishes Jack for allegedly cutting the cheese, but the latter shrugs in denial and returns to his nap.
Joey's not done yet, however, as he instructs Dee Dee and Marky to pull levers on the sides of their seats, which cause Jack to stand up and get tangled up in the hammock. Oggy notices this and rushes over to Jack to look through one of his eyes, only to see the vacant room where the cockroaches once were. He closes the eyelid as Joey dizzily gets up while Dee Dee and Marky fall down from the left and top, respectively. Concerned about his bizarre behavior, Oggy gets Jack up onto his feet and offers him some orange juice with an antacid in it, which he begrudgingly accepts.
Taking a whiff of the juice, Jack is about to drink it when Joey presses a button which causes him to drop the juice, then, being controlled by Dee Dee and Marky, walks in a robotic manner over to Oggy, who is inflating his bean bag chair. However, when Dee Dee and Marky try to make Jack kick Oggy, he just ends up spinning around and making three different poses, with Oggy being completely oblivious to this. On the fourth try, Oggy finishes inflating his chair and walks over to it before Jack can kick him, missing and landing headfirst while a bemused Oggy sees what just happened.
Still under the cockroaches' influence, Jack digs up a massive chunk of the lawn and walks over to Oggy, who is wearing shades and reading a book, with the intent of crushing him with it. Oggy raises his shades, feeling the chunk's shadow being cast over him, but shrugs it off and continues to read his book. Just then, a bee flies past Jack and lands on top of one of the flowers on the chunk, making it heavier and crushing Jack under the extra weight. Oggy just rubs his chin curiously at what Jack is up to as the bee flies away.
For their next attempt to harm Oggy, the cockroaches make Jack walk over to Oggy, who is doing some trimming work on a shrub, holding a log over his head. However, he accidentally steps on a rake in his path, which swings up and smacks him in the face, and to add insult to injury, the log falls through Jack, crushing most of his body except for his head and arms while a set of branches grow from the rake. A confused Oggy then walks over to Jack, wondering what happened to him, but the latter pulls up the log and waddles off.
As Oggy hangs up his laundry, a still-controlled Jack is perched on a lawnmower as he starts it up, attempting to run over Oggy with it. He gets closer and closer to Oggy, who is oblivious to this as he walks by carrying his laundry basket, only to drive past and miss him. The lawnmower and Jack then fall into the hole from which the chunk was dug up earlier, causing his fur to be shredded clean off. As the lawnmower breaks down, a now-hairless Jack emerges from the hole.
Now grilling a set of sausages, Oggy allows Jack to have one, still clueless to what is really happening to him. With the sausage in their sight, Dee Dee and Marky's appetites kick in as they control Jack into grabbing it and shoving it through his ear for them to chow down on, much to Joey's exasperation. Seeing this, Oggy attempts to yank the sausage out of Jack's ear, engaging in a tug of war with Dee Dee and Marky, and ultimately gets it out, causing Jack to recoil and stumble onto the grill. In pain, Jack flies into outer space with his rear end smoking and turns around a planet before falling back to Earth. Oggy attempts to break his fall with a pillow, but Jack lands with such force that he destroys the pillow and plows through the ground.
As Oggy helps himself to some juice, the cockroaches attempt to control Jack into harming Oggy once more as he walks through a hedge, only to stop. As Joey attempts to get Jack to move again, it's then shown that Marky has fallen asleep, so Dee Dee, with a devious grin, wakes him up by making Jack land a punch on his own face, which also hits Marky. As Dee Dee laughs at this, Marky retaliates by pulling one of the levers to make Jack slap himself, also hitting Dee Dee. The two cockroaches then get into a fight with each other which also causes Jack to beat himself up and slam his own head onto the ground, all while a concerned Oggy takes notice.
As Jack regains control over his body with his face now disfigured, Joey picks up the other two and reprimands them for their tomfoolery when they suddenly see the damaged control panel emitting sparks of electricity. Jack feels what is happening inside his head as Oggy rushes over to him to serve him a glass of water. but instead, he takes the seltzer bottle, shoves it into his nose and turns it on, filling the entire control room with water as the cockroaches panic and struggle. Water then sprays out from Jack's ears, flushing the cockroaches out, before he falls flat on his back. The cockroaches are also unconscious as Oggy performs CPR to resuscitate Jack.
With the entire ordeal over, Oggy is now doing some knitting and sitting next to a wheelchair-bound Jack, who has now completely lost his mind as he goes insane from all of the literally psychological torment the cockroaches put him through.
