Bob has built a modern skyscraper and moves in the penthouse. Bob now thinks he can do whatever he wants, and he throws his garbage out the window and Oggy's garden quickly becomes a garbage dump! Oggy decides to declare war against Bob...

Plot[]
Oggy is enjoying his orange juice when he notices Bob tearing down his old house. Oggy doesn't understand the situation until the following morning, when it turns out that Bob converted the lot into an apartment building, blocking the sunlight in Oggy's view. Oggy places his cushion in the only area with sunlight, only to discover that more people are moving inside the building.
Oggy tries numerous ways to relax outside, starting with using mirrors to create light, but since Bob is located at the top of the building, he starts creating a mess in Oggy's lawn. Oggy is then seen spreading smoke from a grill to the building, but Bob splashed water from his hose at him. Next, Oggy uses a kite with a mirror to magnify the sun rays at Bob, but he uses a pedestal fan to move the kite to Oggy's direction, thus, burning him into halves. Oggy then launches a rocket at the sky creating some rainfall on Bob, but an alien beats up Oggy since the alien's spacecraft was spoiled. Finally, Oggy manipulates the house's height to appear as tall as the building, only for Bob to use a hook to make it fall.
Oggy thinks of teaching Bob a lesson for his destructions, while he notices the cockroaches entering the fridge for stealing his food. When Oggy came to the fridge, the cockroaches were afraid, but Oggy suddenly gets an idea and makes a deal to them: if they succeed in destroying Bob's apartment, they'll get a free fridge. The trio were unsure, but after thinking it over, Joey agrees and the other two roaches follow in the agreement.
The cockroaches plan in the garbage room and enters all the rooms, creating disturbances around the rooms. While Bob is seen relaxing at the balcony of his penthouse, he notices one of the CCTV cameras filled with angry residents. They immediately charge in Bob's penthouse and they take back the money they spent on the leases as they leave the lot. The cockroaches then destroy the building with explosives, reducing Bob to ashes. Oggy and the cockroaches were then relaxing outside without any disturbance, along with the free fridge as promised.
Trivia[]
- This was the last episode to premiere on Nickelodeon. Afterwards, it was pulled from rotation due to the controversy surrounding (Un)Happy Camper!.
- The control room has the same camera screens and buttons reused from Panic Room.
- This is the second time where Oggy, along with Joey, Marky, and Dee Dee, scares and dissatisfies everyone else in order to save the day. This happened before in Life's a Beach/Oggy's Beach Club,
- Also, Zig & Sharko had an episode called Troublemakers, but this time, Sharko scares people in the beach when the two people notice about Zig, who disguised as a fake shark fin, after humiliating.
