Masquerade is the 42nd episode of Season 5 and the 313th episode overall. It takes place during the Renaissance. Oggy is a master in the art of making confetti in Venice. The doge orders him to release the confetti for his costume party. By emptying his supply of confetti, Oggy destroys the paradise of cockroaches, who intend to make him pay!
Plot[]
Episode starts: Another day in the Italian Renaissance. And Oggy is making confetti. Bob arrives and gives a job to make and throw the confetti for the masquerade ball. He worked throughout the day, tired, as he made the last piece of the confetti, with the cockroaches planning to use it as a swimming pool. They get gobsmacked and devised a plan to waste it.
He takes it down the river with Jack on board. This plan which was backfired was the bridge debris thrown. He got to the masquerade party safely, but Jack made Oggy fall into the boat, teeter-tottering the pot of confetti into the water. Angry, Bob threatened him to be careful or he'll get beat up. They return to the confetti shop with the pot, while the cockroaches use the wet confetti to make a pinata of Oggy's head and fool Bob and trash the party.
The next confetti batch is prepared, and instead of taking it by gondola, he takes it carefully by cart, with a chase ensuing to wet the confetti via sprayer. The next batch is delivered safely, but Bob is left dumbstruck with Oggy trashing the party instead of delivering the confetti. It again gets thrown into the water, and the two cats are left beat up. The next batch takes it extra carefully by air, and despite an extra load of confetti, it is dropped according to plan in celebration, albeit a little too much.
Nevertheless, the masquerade ball is a success. As the episode closes, even after the party, and pardons from Bob to the cats, the cockroaches get their fun anyways inside the pool of confetti.
