Head in the Clouds is the 72nd episode of Season 5. It takes place in Tribal Africa. Oggy has a wondrous power: whenever he sings in his village, he causes rain, providing villagers with water. But Joey ties his vocal cords in a knot.
Plot[]
Episode starts: It's a nice day in Africa where Jack was preparing soup and Oggy walks. Jack asks Oggy for water for his soup so the latter sings a phrase Come Water and rain poured into Jack's soup pot so Jack thanks Oggy. While Oggy walks, Olivia asked for water for shower so Oggy sang the phrase and Olivia thanks Oggy for the good shower. Landlord Bob needs drinking water so Oggy sings the phrase and rain poured in his glass. Oggy comes back to his home and sings the phrase again for his pot water. The cockroaches couldn't stand his fame so Joey discussed a plan. In the late night, Dee Dee and Marky steals the pot and Joey ties Oggy's vocal cord and runs away with the water pot. In the morning Oggy goes out for serving water to others. Jack asks him for water so Oggy sings the song but there was no water. Olivia asked him for water for a shower but Oggy is unable to serve water due to the vocal cord problem. The whole Africa suffers from a drought. Bob comes in between and asks Oggy what's the problem. Now he says that water is out so Bob hands him a pot and a ladder to collect water from the clouds and everyone started showing boards that they support Oggy. A person asks Joey for water but he says that only one glass can be served and it's too expensive so the person got water. Another one has come and Joey thinks of materialism that is to take the expensive money and give only one glass but Dee Dee drinks it up. Joey asks him if he's insane and beats him up. Marky and Joey saw Oggy and Jack taking a pot and a ladder so the trio follow them by hiding in a cactus plant. Oggy books the baobab elevator and both go inside. When they reached the top and climbed the ladder, they're eyes turn watery as they see the abundant water in the clouds. They jump on the clouds like dolphins. They also find a cloud so they chase it. When the trio also arrive in the sky, they find a cow shaped cloud. Joey says that the cow will give them rupees, dollars and many more so they take some water from the cow's milking part. When the cockroaches come down, Joey says that he'll go with the water and Dee Dee and Marky should spoil the cats' plans so they do it accordingly. The cloud was getting pushed by Jack and Oggy but Marky and Dee Dee throw a stone at it resulting it to lose the air. Joey is tired and a langur approaches on his way and asks for water. Joey says no so the langur threw his banana on him and drank the whole pot, takes the banana and thanks him. Joey angrily murmurs that he'll whack up the langur to grapes but the pot falls on him. Jack caught a cloud and says that it's ready so they head towards the ladder but it was shaking as Dee Dee eats the down part and pushes the tree so Oggy and Jack fall down but and on-time parachute opens and they land. Oggy says that before heading to the village, they'll eat some groundnuts so the duo go to some resting tree. Dee Dee and Marky murmurs that they'll teach Oggy and Jack a lesson. Dee Dee asks for water so Joey opens the tap and wasted the single drop. Joey plans to steal Oggy and Jack's pot. Oggy and Jack rest on a tree and eat groundnuts. Oggy ate one groundnut and his vocal cord was released. Oggy when he sees the cockroaches stealing the pot, he wakes up Jack to see it. The cockroaches when they see Jack the pot falls on Oggy. Now Jack falls and the cockroaches run. Oggy and Jack after walking towards their town, the see that the cloud tries to open the cork. Oggy stops it but thick tears flush out from the cloud as the cloud wants to go to his mom. Oggy understands and lets him go. The clouds make a friendship with Oggy and returns to his mom and a rainbow fell on Oggy's side. Oggy and Jack return to the village and they say that they didn't get water which disappoints the citizens while the cockroaches also come and ask for water. Oggy is angry at the cockroaches and scolds them but he realizes that his vocal cord is open so he sings the phrase very loud and long so the cloud's dad given abundant water supply to town. Now Olivia and Oggy enjoy in the water park where it's also a supply. Oggy says hi to Jack and the latter says that he's preparing food. In the ice-cream vending shop, A boy asks the cockroaches (The owner of the store) for ice-cream so the cockroaches ask him for money. The boy has no money so Joey says that his ice-cream will not be given in his dream also so the boy cries while the cockroaches eat his selected ice-cream. Oggy who saw this, calls the cloud and asks him to punish the cockroaches for making a young boy sad. The cloud thunders on the cockroaches which make them run out of the town with getting electric shocks. Episode ends.
