Cockroaches Play Cricket is the twenty-sixth episode of Season 5 and the 295th episode overall. It takes place in India during the 17th Century. The Maharajah is bored and asks Jack to find an activity to entertain him. Jack struggles to find the right idea... But thanks to the accidental and chaotic intervention of Oggy and cockroaches, the maharajah finds an interesting sport: cricket
Plot[]
Episode starts: Jack was reading a newspaper until he saw the maharajah was bored. The maharajah was a Gujarati/Rajasthani king who's bored as there is no dance or no song or nothing to do. When he found Jack hiding, he calls him. Jack introduces himself and says the time schedule where first, the maharajah should hunt, second, they'll go to watch a Bollywood Movie in Mumbai, thirdly, to dance with hoola hoops, fourthly, to make cupcakes and lastly to play chess but the maharajah tore that plan and asked his advisor to cut of Jack's head. Jack says the advisor not to cut his head and starts to find some other sport.
Jack sees Oggy using Gajraj's trunk as a ladder while painting the walls. Jack takes the bucket and brush to paint a boundary. He says the maharajah that the sport is called as running. Oggy takes his Gajraj to the ground but as they pass through the coconut trees, a coconut falls on Jack. Jack says that the coconut can be used to play soccer. Meanwhile Oggy throws sugarcanes and Gajraj catches one. He threw another when Dee Dee woke up from sleep. He sees a fallen sugarcane and Gajraj jumping from a vast height to the ground therefore smashing Dee Dee. Again Oggy throws a sugarcane and Dee Dee tries to eat it but Gajraj stamps him, eats the sugarcane and gets caressed by Oggy. Dee Dee tries to steal a sugarcane for the juice but Oggy swats him and throws him far away.
Trivia[]
- This the first time in Season 5 where the "El Salsafiore" Man appeared. He appeared with an Indian woman
- This time, Oggy's elephant was brave. Instead of being afraid to see Dee Dee, he smiled in first while fetching sugarcanes, angry in second for stealing the sugarcanes.
