Well, it got confirmed in one episode that Joey's in his twenties...not sure about Marky and Dee Dee though...
Maybe the two other Roaches are...teenagers and Joey's looking after them?

i know this was 2 years ago, i just wanna have my opinion on this
i think oggy is around his 20s (along with jack, olivia, monica. etc)
the cockroaches, im not entirely sure yet. its confirmed that joey is 27 in 'lets party' episode and dee dee is the youngest so probably theyre in mid 20s aswell

Seems that Oggy is officially 20 years old, which corresponds to the years elapsed since Oggy began airing in 1998.
So when the series started Oggy was -1?

Oggy is possibly like near the same age as Joey, since in It's a Small World proves that he meets the Cockroaches as a baby, so Oggy is probably 27, 28 or 29
